Our shipping policy is rather simple and fair, no matter where you live (excluding East Asia of course).

International Parcel Post
- Under 0.5 kg, we charge a base rate of $11 USD.
- For each additional 1 kg, we charge an additional $3 USD.
This can be calculated as:
International Parcel Post Cost = $11 USD + ceiling(weight - 0.5) x $3 USD
This method is the cheapest, but the delivery times are slow. On average, it takes about 2 weeks for packages to ship through this method.

Some locations (such as India or Pakistan), may take up to 150 days.

International Express Mail Service
This is our recommended method of delivery.
- Under 0.5 kg, we charge a base rate of $26 USD.
- For each additional 1 kg, we charge an additional $5 USD.
This can be calculated as:
International Express Mail Service Cost = $26 USD + ceiling(weight - 0.5) x $5 USD
This method allows for insurance, if the merchandise is worth at least 600 NTD (roughly $20 USD). We will purchase insurance when shipping if the cost covers it.
On average, it takes about 5 working days for packages to ship through this method.

UPS Delivery
- Under 0.5 kg, we charge a base rate of $50 USD.
- For each additional 1 kg, we charge an additional $10 USD.
This can be calculated as:
UPS Shipping Cost = $50 USD + ceiling(weight - 0.5) x $10 USD
UPS shipments are all insured.
On average, it takes about 2 working days for packages to ship through this method. In Taiwan, UPS does not offer slower methods of delivery!

We do our best to bring you the best shipping prices. Fortunately, the west (Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and America) are all about the same distance
from Taiwan, so that pricing can be fair for these regions. For other regions, such as the Middle East and Africa, and even Antarctica, we would ask that you
contact us first to review the shipping prices.
If you place an order and the cost of shipping is greater than expected, depending upon how much money is lost, we may contact you and request an adjustment for shipping
prices. If we cannot reach an agreement, the order will be canceled and any payments will be refunded.
If you feel like the shipping cost is too great, after placing an order, you may contact us and request an adjustment. However, you must do this before the item is shipped.
If we cannot reach an agreement then the order will be canceled and any payments will be refunded.
If in the event of a lost package - we cannot take responsibility. We always purchase insurance when available and feesible when using International Express Mail Service.
International Parcel Post does not offer insurance. UPS on the other hand is fully insured. If insurance covers the cost of the lost merchandise, we will refund you
the money or send you another shipment. If insurance does not cover a lost package, we cannot claim responsibility.
